Depending on a material of the basis and thickness of a bar now apply some ways of stacking. We shall consider some from them.

Stacking of granite plates of 20 mm on the concrete basis on a glutinous mix
The prepared solution render on the basis edge palette-knife due to what uniform distribution of glutinous structure on a plane is achieved. Thus it is necessary to watch that on a surface of a solution the film which reduces durability of coupling with a bar was not formed. Therefore it is necessary to render glutinous structure on small sites of the basis as required. Formation under a bar of emptiness is inadmissible. The temperature of air should not be lower +5 °C and is higher 38 °C.

Stacking granite and marble slabs thickness of 20-50 mm on a цементно-sandy solution on the concrete basis
It is necessary to start stacking plates right after drawings of a gluing solution on the basis of a floor. It is important, as stacking should be finished prior to the beginning prehension a solution. The described technology assumes stacking plates with cave-in in a layer of coupling. Cave-in is carried out with application of vibration or manually in remote places. After stacking plates watering of seams by цементно-sandy milk (consisting on 70 % from cement and on 30 % from fine-grained sand) is made. The temperature of air during stacking should not be lower +5 °C and not exceed +34 °C.

At stacking a marble it is necessary to take into account its some features. For example, marble can absorb in themselves a moisture from a solution which will appear on a surface of the stacked stone as spots. All marble should be stacked on specially developed waterless structures (on latex and polyurethane to a basis).
To reception in an interior of a mirror floor apply two different ways. In Ukraine the way of stacking of the ready plates polished with factory way is distributed. There is also other way distributed in Italy): plates of the ground invoice which are then polished with the help of special шлиф-polishing machines are stacked on a floor. Such way allows to receive an ideal monolithic mirror on a floor and facilitates the further care of a stone.

The device of the polished floors from a natural stone probably in two ways.

The first way most widespread at us, assumes stacking polished factory in the way of plates on a solution. At the second way most widespread in Italy, on a solution (special, not containing sand, and in some cases even a moisture) plates of the ground invoice which then are polished ' in a place ' with the help of special шлифовально-polishing machines are stacked. As a result of such processing the floor gets a kind of a monolithic mirror, and the further care of it becomes possible with the help of means of special chemistry and a floor polisher (is more detailed in section "Care").

It is necessary to note also, that foreign technologies assume application of more thin, than it is accepted in Ukraine, stone plates in facing. The most used thickness of granite plates for internal furnish considers 15 mm, and marble - 10 mm. At stacking on waterless special gluing structures in an interior such thickness is quite sufficient. Thus process of installation considerably becomes simpler and the building design is facilitated, not speaking already about economy of a material.

Similar floors are made under the order and are a fruit of joint work of the designer and the technical experts well knowing the "know-how" of glass products and possessing sufficient industrial base.
